Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us at contact@antmedical.in or +91 93194 44599. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns policy below applies.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 5 days from delivery. If 5 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Downloadable or installed software products and opened hygiene-sensitive consumables cannot be returned.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original method of payment, usually within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card company, as processing can take some time. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@antmedical.in.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, email contact@antmedical.in before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Send returns to: A&T Medical Equipment Co. Pvt. Ltd., 112-A, Shivlok House-1, Karampura Commercial Complex, New Delhi - 110015.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return unless the item was defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered. For items over ₹1,000 we recommend a trackable courier or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
